Before you book

Questions agents ask us.

It depends on the package and the home. Foundation, Elevate and Signature each cover a different amount of work, and floor plans start from $150. Tell us about the property and we'll give you a clear price for it before you commit to anything.

We'll always try. Tell us your listing date as early as you can and we'll work around your schedule. If a day can't work, we'll say so straight away, while you still have options.

As tidy and bright as you can get it: lights on, blinds open, counters clear, cars off the driveway. If you're unsure about anything, ask us before the day.

Inside your BLOCK SiXTY portal. We build your shareable property website there, and deliver your organized photos and floor plan there with it. All of it is made for you, by us.
